Deck the Halls – Holiday Decoration Ideas

What’s more jolly than festive, winter/holiday decor!? Robert Thomas Homes “decked the halls” of two showcase models located in Spirit of Brandtjen Farm in partnership with Eastview Community Foundation and a few local businesses. Whether you want to go all out or just add a little cheer to the mix check out these holiday decoration ideas from this year’s “Deck the Halls” home tour.

GATHERING AREAS.
Create a space where you and your guests want be and socialize.  Find a focal point of the room, such as a tree or fireplace and work with that.

TABLE SETTINGS.
If you are entertaining a party of two or 200, table settings are an easy way to incorporated that “holly-jolly” spirit.

KITCHEN …don’t underestimate the use of counter space.
Bring the winter season in your home not only with table settings but also the counter tops. Hosting a gathering? Set your counter up with a hot chocolate bar!

Add some holiday curb appeal and make home’s first impression count as guests enter your home!  Oh, and make a first impression right inside to the door with a wreath or nice vase as seen below.
