Because of our relationship with Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWSC), our warranty is backed with the strength of one of America’s largest insurance organizations and managed by a best-in-class 3rd party warranty administrator with over twenty years of expertise.

Home Buyer Advantages:
The Written Warranty. Our 10-year insured Builder’s Limited Warranty document provides detailed quality standards, with specific tolerances for homes built and enrolled in our program. While most builders will promote their quality, we go one step further and put our promises in writing with an insurance-backed warranty. Our warranty document identifies what is covered and for how long, in clear, concise and easy-to-understand language.
NO deductibles. We provide our buyers with an express 10-year Builder’s Limited Warranty. Even in the unlikely event that we cannot perform our obligations under the warranty; our insurer will be there to assume responsibility for our performance… at no cost to you. Most other insured warranty programs require a consumer deductible, so even if your repair is covered, it still costs you money.
Our insurer is the strongest in the industry. The PWSC administered program is underwritten by Steadfast Insurance, a member of Zurich North America Group, rated A+/XV by A.M. Best, one of the leading independent insurance company rating services.
Binding arbitration resolves disputes quickly and easily. We are proud of our customer service record, but should a disagreement occur, the PWSC program provides our home buyers with binding arbitration to settle disputes without costly legal services. The arbitration program allows an independent third party arbitrator to resolve disputes promptly and completely. Either party can request arbitration by submitting an $80 filing fee** that will be refunded if they prevail. The process is binding and is enforceable in a court of law.
Transferability: Should you decide to sell the home, the transfer in the title will not affect the remaining term of our limited warranty. The homeowner simply completes the “Subsequent Home Buyer Acknowledgement and Assignment Form” found in the warranty document. This feature can be a valuable resale tool for homeowners or sales agents.
