Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
This person will assist the Project Manager in all aspects of overseeing the successful completion and delivery of single-family homes in various communities throughout the Twin Cities Metro. This job plays a critical role in the building process and is on the career path to becoming a Project Manager.

Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field
- 1-2 years experience in construction or related field
- Desire to learn and grow a career in the Home Building industry
- Developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to get “hands dirty” in various tasks related to Construction Management
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in the successful delivery of new homes
- Manage construction schedule
- Maintain clean and organized job site and overall community presentation
- Maintain a safe site to company and OSHA safety regulations
- Work closely with Sales team in communication on progress of construction
- Conduct various construction meetings with customers throughout construction process
- Deliver an unmatched homebuilding experience to our customers
