Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

This person will assist the Project Manager in all aspects of overseeing the successful completion and delivery of single-family homes in various communities throughout the Twin Cities Metro. This job plays a critical role in the building process and is on the career path to becoming a Project Manager.


Job Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in construction or related field
  • Desire to learn and grow a career in the Home Building industry
  • Developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to get “hands dirty” in various tasks related to Construction Management
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in the successful delivery of new homes
  • Manage construction schedule
  • Maintain clean and organized job site and overall community presentation
  • Maintain a safe site to company and OSHA safety regulations
  • Work closely with Sales team in communication on progress of construction
  • Conduct various construction meetings with customers throughout construction process
  • Deliver an unmatched homebuilding experience to our customers
