Todd Stutz, President
Todd Stutz is the President of Robert Thomas Homes, Inc. His hometown is Mankato, MN and graduated from Minnesota State University: Mankato with a B.S. in Urban Studies and Geography. Todd has over 30-years of experience in homebuilding and development; over twenty of those have been spent in leadership roles. The favorite part of Todd’s job is creating homes and neighborhoods for families.
Paul Grabow, Vice President - Production
Paul Grabow is our Vice President of Production for Robert Thomas Homes, and has spent nearly 20 years in residential home building, doing both carpentry and project management. He holds a Construction Management degree from Mankato State University. Paul loves his job because “I never have the same day twice, work with a great team of people, and love creating a great customer experience.”
Kathy Pierce, Vice President - Product Development
Kathy Pierce, from Hopkins, MN is our Vice President of Product Development for Robert Thomas Homes. She has over thirty years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Kathy is continuously researching new products and suppliers to ensure our homes combine innovation and practicality, in quality of materials and craftsmanship.
Karen Albertson, Vice President - Estimating
Karen Albertson is the VP of Estimating. Originally from Hugo, MN, Karen has an AAS degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating from Dunwoody College. Karen has been working in the construction industry since 1990. She loves her job because “it’s very rewarding to see a project through from paperwork to becoming someone’s home. And I get to work with great people.”
Carole Griffith, Vice President - Sales and Marketing / Broker
Carole Griffith brings over two decades worth of new home sales experience to Robert Thomas Homes. She invests her knowledge and energy to meet the specific needs of our clients while enhancing our product development through a customer centric approach. Her passion and dedication to the home building industry is evident through her involvement in the ENERGY STAR and “Green” new home programs while serving on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and the Board of Directors for MN Greenstar.
Mary Lange, Sales Manager - Tributary on Foster Lake
Mary Lange is the Sales Manager with Robert Thomas Homes. Mary has over twenty years of experience in all things real estate from new construction and building to purchase agreements and commercial management. Mary’s goal is be the best in her field from a company and consumer standpoint, “It gives me great satisfaction to know I have made a difference in my buyer’s life.”
Tom Griffith, New Home Consultant
Tom Griffith is a New Home Consultant in the Spirit of Brandjten Farm (Lakeville) community. Before garnering seventeen years of experience in Residential New Construction, he attended the University of Wisconsin: Eau Claire and graduated with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. His mantra is “Take pride in your work and strive for excellence.”
Greg Hammer, New Home Consultant
Greg Hammer is a New Home Consultant with over 9 years of experience in new home construction. To compliment Greg’s experience he has also obtained his MBA from Augsburg College. Greg says the most enjoyable part about his job is going through the build process with buyers…going from an empty lot to a home that will holding long lasting memories. If he wasn’t at work you could find him golfing, chasing his daughter around, at a concert (he’s attended over 100 concerts), or a Vikings Game (season ticket holder!). Tyler Johansen, New Home Consultant
Tyler Johansen is a New Home Consultant in the Spirit of Brandjten (Lakeville) community. This North Saint native and UW-Stout graduate has over eleven years of experience. Tyler’s favorite part of his job is “being part of one the biggest events in a persons’ life while building long lasting friendships.” When not at work you will mostly likely catch him spending time with his wife and daughter or on a golf course.
Julie Alto, New Home Consultant
Julie Alto is our New Home Consultant primarily working in the Fox Meadows community. Julie is originally from Northern Minnesota, and has 20 years of experience in real estate sales, design, and new construction. What she enjoys most about being a new home consultant is helping buyers build the home of their dreams. Julie’s favorite quote is: Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference –by Winston Churchill. Fitting, her favorite TV show is House Hunter’s International, and the three things she’d be lost without are her Kindle, Keurig, and iPhone.
Eileen Seydow, New Home Consultant
Eileen Seydow is a New Home Consultant with Robert Thomas Homes. Eileen was raised in west metro suburbs of Minnesota and has over 16 years of new home construction experience. What she enjoys most of about her job is pleasure of helping buyers find and build the home of their dreams. The best advice Eileen has received is “work hard, play hard, and be kind to everyone.” Appropriate to her profession, her favorite app is Houzz.
Eva Schmidt, New Home Consultant
Eva Schmidt is a New Homes Consultant for our Twenty One Oaks neighborhood in Woodbury. Eva grew up in the east metro area of Minnesota and has over 13 years of experience in new home construction. What she likes best about her job is being part of one of the biggest and most exciting times in someone’s life. One fun fact about Eva is that she co-parents her dog Millie, with Robert Thomas Homes’ designer, Janelle.
Lisa Norton, New Home Consultant
Lisa Norton is a New Home Consultant. This North Dakota native graduated from Northern State University with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Management. Lisa has over 13 years of experience in new home construction. She says, “My goal is to create a fun and enjoyable experience for my clients throughout the building process.” Which is right in line with her favorite quote from Steve Jobs, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
